Art. 1 - The auction is made strictly for cash, its conduct and its auction is in euros and Swiss francs. Art. 7 - The payment of purchases can be made by transfer, bank card or cash up to CHF 100'000 or in Euros at the exchange rate on the day of the sale. Art. 8 - Selling costs 20% in addition to the hammer price (21.6% with VAT).
Art. 9 - For a VAT amount higher than CHF 50, any foreign buyer exporting his lot can apply for a VAT refund on sending export documents validated by Swiss customs. For batches No. 1 to 121 on temporary admission, they will be definitively imported if the buyer is resident in Switzerland or they will be shipped from the seller's country to the country of the buyer with the application of the Swiss exemption legislation. VAT. The lots of No. 1 to 121 are temporarily imported into Switzerland and therefore subject to a 5.5% charge to the Swiss resident purchaser in addition to selling expenses and the hammer price.
Art. 10 - The buyer becomes the owner of the lot only at the time of his complete payment.
Art. 11 - Purchased lots must be removed and packed at the risk of the buyer.
Art. 12 - Fifteen days after the sale and without notice, the lots paid and not withdrawn, will be stored in storage and stored at a minimum charge of CHF 30 per month, at the risk of the buyer.

Art. 16 - The orders of purchases sent by the site www.hoteldesventes-lausanne.com are executed with discretion and graciously by the Auctioneer. They must arrive no later than the day before the sale. In case of identical purchase orders, the priority will be given on the first order received.
In case of equality with a buyer present in the room, priority will be given to the latter who has moved. Any cancellation must be in writing and at least 24 hours before the sale.
To be valid, the order must bear the signature and stamp of the management of the Auction House.
The Auction House does not have to take into account a purchase order and will not assume any liability if it was not executed.
Art. 17 - Phone auctions are accepted subject to bank guarantees, but the Auction House declines all responsibility for any connection problems or any failure in the execution of an offer, for any reason.
Art. 18 - Any dispute relating to the sale is subject to the exclusive application of Swiss law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, regardless of the place of the auction and the domicile of the parties.
However, the Auction House shall have the right to act at the domicile or the place of business of the buyer, or any other competent court.
Recourse to the Federal Court is reserved.
