CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale is conducted by the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne.

In this capacity, the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne acts as agent of the seller who contracts with the buyer. The relationship between the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne and the buyer is subject to these general conditions of sale.

1. LOTS OFFERED FOR SALE

The posting online on the websites managed by Drouot SI of descriptions and photographs of the works offered for sale is considered as advertising meeting the requirements of the public auction.

The lots offered for sale are only visible on screen, no physical exhibition being planned.

The descriptions of the lots have been established by the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne taking into account scientific and artistic knowledge at the date of the sale.

The descriptions of the lots are only the expression by the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne of its perception and cannot engage its liability.

They are provided for purely indicative purposes, including dimensions, weight, reproduction colors. The lots are sold in the condition they are in at the precise time of their auction, with any possible defects or imperfections.

2. PROCESS OF THE SALE

The duration of the sale as well as the date and time of its end is indicated on the sheet of each lot. The reference time is Paris time.

Anyone has the opportunity to bid on the lot of their choice during the duration of the sale, the bidding interval being set by the auction system.

The successful bidder will be the person who has placed the highest bid at the end of the sale provided that it is equal to or greater than the reserve price, it being specified that the reserve price cannot exceed the low estimate of the batch.

In the event that the reserve price has not been reached, no award will be made and the lot will be withdrawn from the sale.

The auction will be pronounced by the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne in charge of the sale.

It will be materialized by sending an email to the successful bidder through the technical intermediary of the company Drouot SI, acting for this purpose as a service provider for the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne.

At any time, the Hôtel des Ventes de Lausanne reserves the right to withdraw a lot offered for sale until the sale closes.

Your bank details are collected when you join the DrouotCard Loyalty Program and stored securely by Drouot's payment service provider, the PCI-DSS certified company Ogone. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data and thus secure the protection of card and transaction data. In order to ensure the validity of the bank card sent when you joined the DrouotCard Loyalty Program, Drouot carries out a transaction in the amount of two euros which is not debited from your account and blocked as a guarantee for a duration of six days.

4. DELIVERY OF PRIZES

The delivery of the lots will be deferred until collection.

No lot will be delivered before payment of all amounts due, including the hammer price and sales costs.

5. INDEPENDENCE

The stipulations of these general conditions of sale are independent of each other.

Consequently, if one or more stipulations of the general conditions of sale were held to be invalid or declared such in application of a legal or regulatory text or following a final judicial decision, the other stipulations would retain their full force. and their scope.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
