Dakota du Sud – Lakota Oglala
Grand sac de selle en peau de bison. Il est paré d’un grand perlage (glass seed beads au lazy stitch cousu au tendon « sinew ») sur fond blanc à motifs en losanges et flèches en quatre couleurs (Rouge, bleu, vert et jaune). Le rabat est orné d’une bande perlée de motifs en rectangles aux mêmes couleurs (à part le jaune). Les perlages sont bordés de cônes de métal ornés de crin rouge. L. 38,5 cm, H. 52 cm. Très bon état. Marques de peinture rouge et sigle au feutre noir au dos.
Collection : Jean LANTERNIER (1901-1976) et depuis dans sa descendance.
